What kinds of things can you paint on shoes, and can you only order from the themes listed?
We can paint the shoes with pretty much anything--from geometric patterns to galaxy designs, princesses to winged demons. Pick a category (Pattern, Character, Galaxy, Sporty, Artsy, Custom) and decide what kind of theme you'd like! If what you want does not fall under any category, it's okay--it just means you will get the Custom Package, and indicate so on the order form.
How long does it usually take for customers to get their order?
The time frame varies depending on how many orders we have recieved prior to you. Since we're also college students, we're more than likely to get them done faster over the summer or breaks than during the school year. For shoes, the average time frame is 3-4 weeks, plus however long it takes to get them shipped to your address.
How do I pay?
After you send us the request form, we'll send back a confirmation email with the exact pricing. Once the shoes are ready, you will be sent a picture of the shoes and a payment choice email. This can be done cash, check, or using Paypal. After we get have recieved your payment, your shoes will be shipped.
What kinds of shoes do you use?
We usually buy canvas shoes from Target both women's and men's. If a certain size is unavailable, we will try to find other resources for shoes, and will notify you if this is the case. Here's a link for what the women's shoes look like...
Can I choose to have different shoes instead?
Sure! You have two choices:

Buy your own shoes online or wherever you'd prefer, and have them shipped to us (we will give you the shipping address). If you already have a pair of new canvas shoes, you can just ship them to us! In the first case, the charge will be $20.00 (service charge) + shipping fees.

Give us a link to buy them online, and we will add the price of the shoes to the price of the shoe design.
Can I pick up the product instead of having it delivered?
We are based in South Barrington, IL. If you live in the vacinity, you most certainly can pick it up. Abhi currently resides in St. Louis, MO, while Neha currently resides in Madison, WI, so if you live around these areas too, a shoe-pick up is an option! For convenience sake, we can just ship them; shipping charges can be up to $12.
